Cindy, Check out electoral-vote.com I've been reading it since 2004. It's really excellent. He uses only non-partisan polls. Especially useful is the graphs page, second graph which shows all the polls that are not statistically tied. His commentaries are really good, also. Helen R.
Helen, Thanks for the link. I liked the site. I was curious to see that the poll they used for Colorado showed the state leaning Republican (McCain led by 1%) while most other polls I've seen for Colorado show Obama ahead by at least 3% if not more. I've been looking at realclearpolitics.com and fivethirtyeight.com as well.
He doesn't use any partisan polls and does an average over a week back from the latest poll, so that's why CO showed up that way. CO is back to leaning Dem today. Check out the animated maps link to see how states move back and forth over time. Helen
